Bug#2936 GLFUG n/a Single Dry Mass Reading for Moisture Contents A lab-level option called "Enable Single Dry Mass for MC" has been added to the QEST Administrator Console, in Regions & Laboratories -> tab Options -> section Kiosk -> Enable Single Dry Mass for MC.

When set to True, only one dry mass reading is required for Moisture Contents calculations.
Bug#3032 GLFUG n/a Equipment When adding new Equipments, Qest Lab will check for globally uniqueness of Equipment code, across all Equipment types and Laboratories, if the option "Globally Unique Equipment Code" in QEST Administrator Console is set to True.
Bug#3079 GLFUG n/a Project list Filename in the Project list now refreshes, immediately after uploading or removing a file.
In addition the caption is now "File Name".
Bug#3094 GLFUG Soil description [110259] TAB order in the Soil description [110259] test is fixed now. After adding layers, the cursor now moves into “height” of the first point.
Bug#3212 INTERNAL Atterberg Limits Following issues in some Atterberg screens are fixed now.
- Dry mass 1,2,3 are disables and greyed randomly on screen.
-10044 [AS 1289.3.1.2/2.1/3.1/4.1],10045 [TSA-MAT-TP141,143] extra test was clearing at refresh, deleting the result.
- Unnecessary scroll bar and broken LS frame in some screens (E.g., Q104A, Q105,Q106)
- "Use Constant Mass Drying.." check box was not working when Kiosk is not licenced ("BarcodeScanner" "feature" in the license file) and Lab level Option, "Enable Single Dry Mass for MC" not enabled
- Plastic Limit, Final Dry mass was not formatting until refresh the screen.
- Atterberg Limits [TSA-MAT-TP141,143] [10045] now reports Liquid Limit, Plastic Limit and Plasticity Index to the nearest whole number.
Bug#3284 GLFUG n/a UU Triaxial Compression Test The "Strain Only" offset on UU Triaxial tests now excludes points between the offset and the left point used to position the tangent line.
Bug#3328 GLFUG Sub-sampling history graph Two enhancements have been made on the sub-sampling history graph:
- For large graphs that require scrollbar, the graph will now redraw when the scrollbar is being scrolled.
- The test icons that are on the edge of the graph will no longer be cut off.
Bug#3434 GLFUG N/A QESTLab Notifications The ordering of the 'Samples with Duplicate IDs' which appears in the QESTLab Notifications Popup, has been updated to ensure that the Samples with the duplicate IDs are next to each other.
Bug#3441 INTERNAL INTERNAL Project Management A bug which resulted in the 'Plate Reports' tab showing up in Project Management on non-Fugro databases has been fixed.

This is controlled via an "UpCharge" flag on the Billable Item list. Fee Schedules need to be created for the base-charged and up-charged Billable Items separately.

When billing for a test stage is generated, if up-charge is required, then two charge records will be raised, one for the base-charge Fee Schedule, and the other for the up-charge one. Otherwise, only one charge for the base-charged Fee Schedule will be raised.
CR#1606 INTERNAL CR1508 Sub-sampling at an angle Samples can now be sub-sampled at an angle.

CR#1848 GLFUG FUGRO Retests The Sample Article screen has been updated to allow tests that are retests to be easily identified. Previously, when the 'Sub-Sampling' tab was selected, all the tests that are assigned to this sample article or its children are shown on the sample article grid as a list with the title 'Test'. This list has been changed with any tests that are retests being moved to the bottom and placed beneath the tilte 'Retests'.

When a sample article is selected on the 'Sub-Sampling' grid the tests which appear, that can be moved to different sample articles, will now appear green if the test 'has a retest' and blue if the test 'is a retest'. If one of these tests is clicked and not dragged then a label will appear detailing the related test. If the test 'is a retest' then the label will specify that it is a retest and show the details of Sample Article to which the original test is assigned to. This makes it easier to choose a sample article for the new test if the original sample article can no longer be used i.e. it is disturbed and the test requires it to be undisturbed. If the test 'has a retest' then the lablel will specify the details of the Sample Article to which the retest is assigned to.

When a test that 'is a retest' is moved to a different Sample Article, the details that appear when clicking the original test will not update until the sample article has been refreshed.
CR#2013 GLFUG n/a Soil Description for Identification of Soils (Visual-Manual Procedure) A new field called 'Major Component' has been added to Sample Article (40000).
Soil Description for Identification of Soils (Visual-Manual Procedure) (110259) has been changed so that it updates the Sample Article 'Major Component' when its 'Major Component' is changed.
CR#2038 GLFUG n/a FILMS: Tests and Suitability Tests that are set as unsuitable will now appear red on the Sample Article screen.
CR#2076 GLFUG SubSampling screen: testing complete threshold In QEST Administrator Console, a new option called "Testing Complete Threshold (%)" has been added in the Options -> General -> Work Progress section. This option allows users to set work progress threshold (%), which will be used to decide whether a test is "complete" during sub-sampling.
If the work progress (%) of a test is below this threshold, the test is deemed incomplete, and cannot be assigned to any subsampled/merged sample articles.

If no value of "Testing Complete Threshold (%)" is set, a default value of 80% is used.
CR#2079 GLFUG Manage Projects Interface- Handling 'inactive' projects In the Manage Projects Interface, 'inactive' projects wouldn't normally be listed in the dropdown, unless the "show inactive" checkbox is selected.
CR#2124 GLFUG N/A Barcode Template Smaller barcode template.
CR#2161 GLFUG n/a Project Price List Price List's have been changed to be selected per Project through the Manage Project tools. This means a single Price List can be shared by a number of Projects rather than a single Project having multiple Price Lists.

Bug#5042 GLFUG QESTField Prevent duplicate samples during incomplete sync from Construction Hive When saving an LTP in Construction Hive, the import process to QESTNET can occasionally fail (for various reasons such as broken database connections etc). This could leave data partially imported, which would result in the creation of duplicate sample articles on a subsequent synchronization. The import process is now run in a single transaction, which means that a sync failure will leave the data in its original state.

Bug#4829 GLFUG N/A Construction Hive LTP Suitability Tooltip - Suitability Remarks The tooltip used for tests for which the sample has been marked as unsuitable in QESTNet now shows the user-entered reason for marking the sample as unsuitable for testing.
Bug#5153 INTERNAL Construction Hive Searching by date with non-US locales Searching by dates for users with an Australian or UK locale setting would silently fail because values in the browser were still displayed in mm/dd/yyyy format (e.g. 25/12/2015) but would be interpreted on the Hive server as though they were dd/mm/yyyy formats. This no longer occurs.
