NOTE: The below mentioned options are only applicable to QESTField/QESTNET 4.2 (and onwards).
A feature that allows the user to customize the Email Subject when E-Mailing a test report.
QESTLab Admin Console Option (Email Subject Format)
To use this feature, Email Subject Format must be modified in the QESTLab Admin Console (QLA). It is available under Configuration\Options\Publishing\Email
Having double clicked on the option:
If this is left blank, QESTLab defaults to the subject of the e-mail to: "Test Report (ReportNo)".
From here, a subject can be created following the instructions, that utilises the fields shown in the prompt, as long as they are within "[[]]". For example, "Test Report: [[ReportNo]] for [[ClientName]], [[ProjectName]]" would be a valid format.
Publishing Test Reports from QESTLab
Once a WorkOrder contains a Test Report and it has its Client and Project set, you are able to publish that report via Email. Select the 'Publish' button:
