Remote Access Enabled and Tested

Remote access will be required for us here at Spectra to be able to troubleshoot or help with issues that may arise when you are using our software. Remote Access will also allow us to help you with service pack installations if required.

Please test remote access thoroughly, especially externally from your network. Enabling remote access to the server/s and PCs that will be running our software will allow us to install QESTLab/QESTMix and provide support if required. This is highly recommended.

Once all the previous steps are completed, you are ready to install the QEST Software.
