Axosoft 15.2 Known Issues
====Axosoft doesn't like Beth's email address. Sometimes.==== Reported By: Salih Al Rashid
If you "Reply All" to an email that Beth was included on then, it seems, that sometimes Axosoft doesn't like her email address. I've never liked her email address but I've never been mean enough to display it in red! :)
Action: Ticket to be logged with Axosoft Help Desk
Workaround: Don't include Beth in any correspondence! Or, when it happens, just delete Beth's email address and re-add it. Axosoft seems to like it once you do that.
====All Items (Super) Tabs can't show Notes field==== Reported By: various people
If you create a Super Tab with all items in it then the "Notes" field is not available in the Details panel. Uncool.
Action: Ticket logged with Axosoft Help Desk
Workaround: None
====Custom Date Range Weirdness==== Reported By: Lief Martin and K. Kot
Date filtering (for work logs, in this case) doesn’t seem to work quite the way that you would expect. Let’s say you want to list you work logs from the 13th of July:
Using the custom date range filter, select the range (13/7 to 13/7):
The result - the date listed in the filter bar is different to what was selected (12/7 vs 13/7). The results listed are different again (13/7 to 14/7):
====Items in New Windows: Mis-matched IDs==== Reported By: K. Kot
If you “pop out” an item (an incident in the example below) to a new window and add a related item through the tab then the ID of the incident seems to be mismatched:
Action: Ticket logged with Axosoft Help Desk
Workaround: None.
====Keyboard Shortcut for Worklogs not working==== Reported By:David Lucas and John Meegan
Yes, there are keyboard shortcuts that can be used to do a variety of actions in Axosoft! You can find a list of these shortcuts in Tools->Help->Keyboard Shortcuts.
For some users the keyboard shortcut for entering worklogs doesn't seem to work. Doesn't seem to be dependent on item type, browser, either; it's quite random.
Works for me though (and that's all that matters)!
Action: BT still investigating possible causes
Workaround: Enter worklogs the regular (slower) way; through the Worklogs tab.
====Worklog by Employee and Date Report grouping==== Reported By: K. Kot
If you use the "Worklog by Employee and Date" report then you will need to group by employee/user before running the report.
Apparently this was not required in OnTime. I suspect that this is caused by the lack of support for custom SQL in Axosoft 15.2.
