Bug#4445 GLFUG MFD-B045 QESTField [L-T-028, L-T-029] Maximum Dry Density - 'Tare mass' before ' Wet Soil & Tare Mass' and the tin navigation to the correct tab In the [L-T-028, L-T-029] Maximum Dry Density stage [MAWW/MADW], 'Tare mass' now comes before ' Wet Soil & Tare Mass' and scanning a tin navigates to the correct tab if the order of workflow is followed correctly.
Bug#4459 GLFUG MFD-B025 QESTField Laboratory Vane [ASTM D 4648 (Method A)] [110902] - Refreshing Calculations Laboratory Vane [ASTM D 4648 (Method A)] test now refreshes calculations when readings are cleared in QESTNET.
Bug#4546 GLFUG N/A QESTLab, QESTField Pore Fluid Salinity in Test Calculations
  • An editable 'Pore Fluid Salinity' field is added on the Sample Article page in QESTNET.
  • The same field can be added/edited on the Sample Article screen in QESTLab.
  • Moisture content calculations for tests in QESTNET take into account the Pore Fluid Salinity of the Sample Article.
Bug#4884 GLFUG QESTField Moisture Tin Association A moisture tin now disassociates the test when one dry mass readings is entered and the 'Calculate' button is clicked. The moisture tin will also re-associate with a test which still has any empty dry mass reading, by deleting the Tare ID and re-entering a Tare ID either manually or by barcode scan.
Bug#4895 GLFUG 20151017-CIU3 QESTField Triaxial tests: Request for 6 diameter and height measurements Triaxial tests now allows for up to 6 measurements for height and diameter.

Bug#5042 GLFUG QESTField Prevent duplicate samples during incomplete sync from Construction Hive When saving an LTP in Construction Hive, the import process to QESTNET can occasionally fail (for various reasons such as broken database connections etc). This could leave data partially imported, which would result in the creation of duplicate sample articles on a subsequent synchronization. The import process is now run in a single transaction, which means that a sync failure will leave the data in its original state.

Bug/CR ID Customer Code Customer Reference Product(s) Modified Name Release Notes
Bug#4829 GLFUG N/A Construction Hive LTP Suitability Tooltip - Suitability Remarks The tooltip used for tests for which the sample has been marked as unsuitable in QESTNet now shows the user-entered reason for marking the sample as unsuitable for testing.
Bug#5153 INTERNAL Construction Hive Searching by date with non-US locales Searching by dates for users with an Australian or UK locale setting would silently fail because values in the browser were still displayed in mm/dd/yyyy format (e.g. 25/12/2015) but would be interpreted on the Hive server as though they were dd/mm/yyyy formats. This no longer occurs.
CR#2247 GLFUG 66 Construction Hive, QESTLab, QESTField Remove Sampling Device from Location list Borehole locations no longer have an associated sampling device. As a result, the default diameter for undisturbed samples no longer comes from the sampling device.

This change has corresponding changes in QESTLab and QESTNet which must be deployed together.

CR#2607 GLFUG CR008 Construction Hive Milestone report styles v4.0 The milestone reports generated by QESTLab have had their logos, margins and strap lines updated to reflect the Fugro style guide v4.0.
CR#2962 GLFUG 20151017-CIU1 QESTField, Construction Hive Triaxial Test Condition Terminology Updated For Consolidated Triaxial Tests:

"Confining Pressure" has been changed to Horizontal Effective Stress.
"Anisotropic Pressure" has been changed to Vertical Effective Stress

For anisotropic tests, a K0 field has been added.
Only one of Vertical effective stress and K0 can be entered at a time, the other is automatically calculated.

The test conditions script in the qestnet upgrade tool has also had these changes to the captions that it configures made.

CR#2989 INTERNAL Construction Hive Force user to select notification setting on registration New users registering for Construction Hive are now forced to select a document notification option. Previously this would default to "Notify me immediately when I receive a new document".
CR#3035 USPSI QNET635 Construction Hive i2ms export - split_sample_id uses qestnet FieldSampleID To support new workflows in QESTNet 4.1, and retain backwards compatibility, the header field "split_sample_id" will now fall-back on the "FieldSampleID" field, as a fallback from either "_SplitSampleID" (for asphalt samples) or "ClientSampleID" (for agg/soil samples).
CR#3080 USPSI PSI1436 Construction Hive i2ms exports - ignore [bracketed] headers The I2MS export configuration for some header fields has been modified so that all text following an opening square bracket '[' will be omitted.
