Fixed issues with selecting and auto-filling entries of the list Concrete Mix (ID 20021) on the Concrete Sample bulk entry screen when multiple mixes had the same ProductCode. Note QESTLab only requires ProductCode be unique against the associated Concrete Supplier and Concrete Plant.

Fixed an issue where the "Density" value from a concrete sample was being copied to its specimens upon creation (the density of each specimen should only be that obtained from measurements performed on that specimen).
