QEST Platform 4.5.2979

Issue ID Release Notes
QPM‑1706 Problems with QESTField's concrete docket import going slowly have been fixed. This should prevent SQL timeout errors provided timeouts are set to reasonable values.
QPM‑1708 Creating charges for billing was not using the "Maximum Units" feature of Billable Items. This was leading to all units being charged. Charging will now stop at the maximum units, or use the "Additional Item Code" to find a second fee schedule to charge remaining items with. Note that the QEST Administrator Option "Alternative Billing Process" needs to be set to "False" for this functionality to work.

Fee schedules that had a blank "Default" field were being ignored. They are now loaded if there are no fee schedules with "Default" set to "Yes".

QPM‑1715 QESTLab and QESTField have been changed so that when the Date Batched is imported from a docket and Date Cast is not yet set, the Date Cast will be set to the Date Batched.
QPM‑1719 Fixed bugs for the Masonry Sample (ID 1605) preventing the proper import, saving and loading of Required Strength and Required Net Strength values. Prevented some Concrete Sample values from being cleared from the bulk entry in the case where a Concrete Mix had not been selected for the sample.
QPM‑1722 Fixed an Error 13: Type Mismatch that could occur when using the Auto Create button for a Billing document.
