Bug#5359	INTERNAL		QESTLab, QESTField	Relative Compaction: Reduced proctor tests never allow field oversize adjustment when imported to ASTM or TxDOT screens	Previously, if a reduced proctor test was imported to a Relative Compaction (ASTM) [ID 110201] or Relative Compaction (TxDOT) [ID 110202] test no field oversize adjustment could be made. To allow this, reduced proctor tests will now be assumed to have been performed using the Saturated Surface Dry method as long as "Oversize Specific Gravity" has a value set.

Bug#5364	INTERNAL		QESTField, QESTLab	Relative Compaction: QESTField copies Laboratory Oversize into Field Oversize	A bug which caused QESTField to copy Laboratory Oversize (%) from the imported proctor into the Relative Compaction test's "Dry Oversize (%)" field has been fixed. The following changes were also made to QESTField to make the Adjustment Maximum Dry Density calculation consistent with QESTLab: If no field oversize correction is performed, the AMDD value will be taken from the imported proctor. For AASHTO and ASTM test methods, no field oversize adjustment will be performed if Dry Oversize (%) is less than 5 (in accordance with standards ASTM D 4718 and AASHTO T 99).
